Refunds
1. Refunds will only be done under these conditions:
- Sending of wrong order
2. Refunds will only be made from Day 1-5 of the month Only
3. There will be no refunds for lost mails, damaged goods by postage.
Pre-orders
1. Please understand by all means that there are minimum risks involved, such as:
- Items get damaged during shipping
- Delayed shipping due to customs
- Delayed shipping awaiting for replenishment of stocks.
2. Updates will be updated on the blog. It will be too time consuming emailing everyone one by one.
3. If there is no updates, and you really urge to know the updates, send me an email, I'll reply shortly. Main Reason, I maybe tied up with personal things to handle.
4. I have zero interest in handling zero patience buyers under this catergory. Kindly wait for instocks. Pleaseeeeee understand it's a pre-order. I will seriously not entertain your tantrum towards me.
Emails
1. I have to say I'm very prompt at replying emails, but in any case, that I didn't reply, it maybe:
- Human error: I tabbed on the email, and went out after reading without replying. (I do it rarely without knowing)
- Internet Error (Which I don't know which error it belongs to ????)
2. So, do send me a 2nd email if you have not received within 24 hrs. ( I usually reply within 2 mins-60 mins)
3. I don't want to see comments as if I've run away if your money, I have no reasons to, and I don't need to.
Picking up at Illuma
1. If you choose to pay at illuma Otuka House, as long as your payment is not confirmed, your order will not be confirmed either. So if items get out of stocks there, please email me, or contact me. But I won't not be held responsible if you need to wait for the next shipment.
2. If you pay online, I will issue you an invoice to collect there.
Picking up at Illuma
1. If you choose to pay at illuma Otuka House, as long as your payment is not confirmed, your order will not be confirmed either. So if items get out of stocks there, please email me, or contact me. But I won't not be held responsible if you need to wait for the next shipment.
2. If you pay online, I will issue you an invoice to collect there.
- Please bring your receipt along, the sales assistant will not hand the items to you if you do not present it to them.
- Please collect within 2 weeks ;) I believe that's long enough ;) That's a very small space. I don't have too much space to squeeze for everyone goods ;(((
- If worst come to the worst, you do not have a printer, please provide me with your NIRC no and mobile no, so it's easy for the sales assistance to verify if you are the buyer ;))) Bring your NIRC upon collection!
